Momentum Updates

It was used to showcase and explain several operational updates, including:
- New Election Video
- Resources for Reemerging from COVID-19
- Updated OA Event CORONAVIRUS guidance, (Virtual election, In person and virtual Induction guidance plus guidance on Brotherhood ceremonies and virtual Brotherhood inductions)
- New Online Engagement Toolkit
- New Unit Adult election ratio (2:3)
- OPERATION: DELTA (Leading positive change)
Also, most of the operational modifications necessitated by COVID-19 will remain in place for the foreseeable future, likely through 2020).
